Imineke ni zimwe
mu mbuto zifite akamaro gakomeye mu buzima bwa muntu, ariko mu muco nyarwanda
abantu benshi bakuru ntibayikunda bayifata nk’aho ari ibiribwa bigenewe abana
cyane cyane, ariko ni ingirakamaro ku mubiri w’abakuru n’abato, ku buryo ifite

1. Imineke ituma umutima utera neza ku rugero
rukwiye
Imineke yigwijemo imyunyungugu ya potassium, igira akamaro mu

Imineke yifitemo Vitamini ya B6, ifasha cyane mu ikorwa rya
hemoglobine ifasha mu kugira amaraso umutuku. Iyi vitamin ya B6 inafasha
umubiri mu gushyira isukari y’umubiri ku rugero rukwiye ikanafasha mu gukora
abasirikare bo kurwanya indwara mu mubiri.
Ubushakashatsi bwemeza ko umuneke umwe uba uhagije ngo umuntu
afate vitamin ya B6, abantu bakanagirwa inama yo kuba ariyo abantu bakoresha mu
kimbo cyo kugura ibinini by’izo vitamini.
6. Ibishishwa byayo ni ingenzi ku ruhu

9. Ifasha umererwa neza no kugabanya umunaniro
mu mutwe ( stress).
Umuntu wariye imineke umubiri ubasha kubona intungamubiri za
serotonin. Ifasha umuntu gutuza mu bwonko , no kugabanuka k’umunaniro wabwo (
stress) , inatuma umuntu abasha kumva yishimye muri we.
10. Kuvura amavunane
Mu gihe umuntu yaraye agize akazi gatuma aryama igihe gito,
cyangwa akaramukana umunaniro , abahanga mu buzima bamugira inama yo kurya
