    Menya akamaro gakomeye umwembe ufitiye umubiri wawe


    Urubuto w’umwembe uhiye rufitiye umubiri wacu akamaro bitewe ahanini n’amazi abonekamo hakiyongeraho n’isukari zo mu bwoko bwa Fructose, Saccharose na Glucose zifitiye umubiri wacu akamaro.
    Umwembe uriwe utararenza ibyumweru bibiri usoromwe, ugirira umubiri akamaro kuko uruhu rwawo narwo rukungahaye kuri vitamine A. Iyo vitamine ifasha umubiri wacu guhora utoshye.

    Umwembe uhiye kandi ubonekamo vitamine B1, B2 na B6 kimwe n’imyunyu-ngugu cyane cyane Potassium, Magnesium na Iron ibonekamo ku rugero ruke.
    Izo vitamine zose zavuzwe zifitiye umubiri wacu akamaro kuko zifasha mu kurwanya ubumuga bwo kutabona.
