    Zimwe mu mpamvu zituma abantu babyibuha nyuma yo gushyingirwa.



    Ubushakashatsi butandukanye bwerekanye ko amahirwe yo kubyibuha nyuma yo gushyingirwa ri menshi kandi birigaragaza ko nyuma y’amezi 6 gusa , abashyingiranywe baba baratangiye kuba banini ugereranyije n’uko bahoze bakiri ingaragu

    1.Imirire irahinduka

    2.Gusinzira

    3.Gusohokana
    Abamaze igihe gito bashyingiranwe bakunze gufata akanya bagasohoka bakajya kurira mu tubari , restora nk’abagiteretana. Nabyo biri mu byongera umubyibuho.
    4. Kutita ku biro(umubyibuho)

    5.Igitutu kiragabanuka.

    6.Gutwita.
    Ku bagore,gutwita nabyo byongera umubyibuho.Abagore batwite bakunze kurya ibiryo bibyibushya kandi ntibongere imyitozo ngororamubiri(siporo). Niyo mpamvu benshi mu bagore batwite usanga biyongera ibiro cyane.
    7.Ibyihutirwa birahinduka(priorities)
    Kubera inshingano zizana no gushyingirwa ,usanga ibyihutirwa bihinduka ugereranyije n’igihe wari umusore cyangwa inkumi.Ukiri ingaragu ashyira imbere gukurura abo badahuje igitsina ariko nyuma yo gushyirwa , abana , akazi n’izindi nshingano z’urugo nizo ziza mbere.
    8.Umunaniro n’umunabi
    Abashakanye bagira umunaniro ukabije ugereranyije n’ab’ingaragu.Umunaniro ukabije(stress) n’umunabi bituma abashakanye bafata amafunguro adatunganye bikabaviramo umubyibuho.
     Umushakashatsi w’umwongereza yasanze abagore iyo bafite ibibazo ku rushako barya ibirimo amasukari menshi, n’ibibyibuhisha.
