    Akamaro utakekaga k’ibinyomoro ku buzima bwawe


    Ibinyomoro ni imbuto abantu benshi bakeka ko ari iz’abana , ariko bigira akamaro ku buzima bwa buri munsi , ariko ku ngero zose z’abantu ni ingirakamaro kandi bishobora no guhingwa mu zindi ndabo cyangwa abandi bitafata umwanya munini.Kurwanya indwara z’umutima
    Ibinyomoro bikungahaye kuri potasiyumu cyane. Potasiyumu izwiho kugabanya ibibazo bishobora guterwa n’umunyu mwinshi (sodium), harimo gufasha umutima gutera neza no kugabanya  umuvuduko w’amaraso  ndetse no kuringaniza amatembabuzi aba mu turemangingo. Bituma ibinyomoro biba imbuto z’ingenzi mu kurwanya indwara zimwe na zimwe z’umutima

    Ibinyomoro (cyane cyane ibitukura) bibamo ibyitwa “anthocyanin” bizwiho kurinda indwara nyinshi zitandukanye cyane cyane iza kanseri. Kubera izi mbuto zikize kuri Vitamini A, zirakenewe cyane mu kugufasha kubona neza kw’amaso
    Kugabanya isukari mu maraso
    Bimwe mu binyabutabire bigize ikinyomoro; polyphenolic, flavonol na anthocyanidin, bigaragara cyane ku gice cyegereye inyuma ubushakashatsi bwerekana ko zifasha mu kurwanya indwara zitandukanye, bwerekana kandi ko ibinyomoro bikize kuri aside igira uruhare mu kurwanya diyabete, yitwa chlorogenic acid, ikaba ifasha mu kugabanya isukari mu maraso  ku barwayi ba diyabete yo mu bwoko bwa 2.
