    Inyungu 5 abagore bakura mu mwitozo wo guterura ibiremereye.


     


     
    Mu myitozo ngororamubiri hari abagore bumva ko guterura ari iby’abagabo  ndetse ko umugore wabikora byamugiraho ingaruka mbi.

    Nyamara siko bimeze ahubwo ababikora babikuramo inyungu nyinshi.

    Niba rero uri mu batewe ubwoba n’amakuru avuga ko guterura ari bibi ku mugore, ibyo byikuremo ahubwo utangire uwo mwitozo. Dore inyungu  5 wakura mu mwitozo wo guterura nk’uko urubuga Onlymyhealth rwazikusanyije.

     
    ·         1.kugabanya ibinure.
