    Inama 8 zagufasha gusinzira neza nijoro.




    Aho kugira ngo wihate ibinini bigufasha kubona ibitotsi kandi bishobora kukubana ingeso ukaba ushobora kutazabona ibitotsi igihe utabikoresheje, gerageza izi nama  zizagufasha gusinzira nez auko ubyifuza utiteje ibibazo.
    1.koga amazi ashyushye.

    3. Ntukaryame uhangayikiye kudasinzira
    Kuryama uhangayitse ngo ntubona ibitotsi nta cyo buikemura , bikongerera ahubwo umunaniro ukabije( stress) ukarushaho no kubura ibitotsi.Igihe wumvise uhangayitse ko udasinzira  ahubwo wabyuka ugafata agatabo ugasoma cyangwa ugateka agakawa ukanywa. Mbese waba ushaka icyo ukora ukaryama urushye.
    4.Kuryamira igihe no kubyukira igihe buri munsi.
    Ibi bituma umubiri utegura gahunda ukurikiza ,ubwonko bukamenyera igihe cyo gusinzira n’icyo kubyukira. Akamenyero ni bumwe mu buryo bwiza bwo gusinzira neza.Bishobora kukugora kubyubahiriza amajoro yose kuko wenda hari ubwo usohoka n’inshuti ugatinda kuryama ariko nibura gerageza kuryamira igihe kimwe amajoro menshi.
    5.Ntukaryame utananiwe
    Iyo uryamye utananinwe nibwo utangira kwibaza aho ukura ibitotsi.Kandi bituma utinda kubibona kurushaho.
    6.Andika uko amajoro yawe agenda
    Ibi byagufasha ubijkoze ibyumweru bike gusa.ibyo wakwitaho bigira ingaruka ku bitotsi mu gihe wandika ni ibi bikurikira: Ibyo warariye, ikinyobwa wafashe umaze kurya,igihe waryamiye, igihe wamaze udasinziriye, inshuro wicuye mu ijoro,igihe wakangukiye mu gitondo n’ibindi.

    7.Akamenyero ka nimugoroba

    Gukora ibintu bimwe buri mugoroba ku masaha amwe   nabyo birafasha. Bitegura ubwonko ko ushaka gusinzira.koza amenyo , gushyira ubintu aho bibikwa ukabikora umujyo umwe buri munsi.
    8.Kongera imyitozo ngororamubiri mu munsi.
    Imyitozo ngororamubiri iruhura umubiri n’ubwonko kandi ifite n’akamaro kenshi ku buzima bw’umuntu.No kugenda n’amaguru nibura iminota 30 ku munsi byagufasha niba utabashije kubona iyindi myitozo.
