    Menya ibyiza byinshi byo kurya ibihaza byakugirira mu buzima


    Ibihaza ni igihingwa kiboneka henshi mu Rwanda no ku isi. Yewe hamwe birimeza kubera imbuto zabyo zikunze kuba nyinshi. Si benshi mu banyarwanda bazi akamaro kabyo nubwo no mu masoko bidakunze kuboneka.
    Aha mvuze amasoko kuko nko mu mijyi aho bibonetse biboneka bihenze, mu cyaro si henshi ubisanga mu isoko kubera kubisuzugura ngo ni iby’abakene.
    Nyamara ndakubwira ko numara gusoma izi nyungu zimwe  muri nyinshi zo kurya ibihaza, ntuzongera kubifata nk’ibisanzwe.
    1.Gutanga ingufu ku mubiri  
    Ibihaza ni kimwe mu biribwa bikize ku ngufu(Calories) kurusha ibindi. Mu gihe bisaba gufata ibindi biribwa kugirango umubiri ugire ingufu zihagije, ibihaza byo bituma uwabiriye agira ingufu zikenewe mu mubiri bidakeneye inyunganizi z’ibindi biribwa cyanga ibinyobwa nk’Isukari, Amavuta n’ibindi.
    Abakora imigati bifashishije ibihaza byo ntibisaba kuvangamo ibindi bintu kuko byifitemo uburyohe buhagije.
    2.Isoko y’intungamubiri..
    Ikinyamakuru Huffingtonpost gitangaza ko ibihaza byuzuyemo intungamubiri nka Lignin na Pectin zifasha igifu kugogora neza ibyo umuntu yariye, harimo na Vitamini C .
    3. Isoko y’amaso azira guhuma
    Ibihaza ni isoko ikomeye ya Vitamini A ifite ubushobozi bwo gutuma amaso adahura n’ikibazo cyo guhuma, irimo kandi ubushobozi bwo kugira uruhu rwiza runoze n’ubudahangarwa bw’umubiri.

    4. Ibihaza birwanya gutukura k’uruhu kubera intungamubiri nke

    5. Ibihaza birinda indwara z’umutima
